Synopsis
On mist-shrouded slopes of an ancient tea plantation, workers discover a massive brownish-black alien trapped in the bushes after its craft crashes. As the creature begins subtly altering the soil and plants, estate manager Priya and skeptical owner Raj must decide whether to hide it or exploit it. When government forces arrive to capture the being, the community faces a choice between profit and survival. The alien’s presence revives forgotten local legends while exposing deep rifts between laborers and management. Nighttime chases through endless green rows mix wonder with terror as the creature’s slime heals dying bushes yet threatens to consume everything. A final alliance forms when Priya realizes the visitor mirrors the land’s own quiet resistance. In the end, the estate becomes a fragile sanctuary, the alien’s departure leaving behind a transformed landscape and a united workforce.
The story

EXT. DARJEELING TEA ESTATE - DAY Golden light spills across endless emerald rows. A battered red tractor rumbles along a narrow dirt track, trailer piled high with woven baskets of fresh leaves. SANJAY, 50s, weathered, grips the wheel. PRYA, 28, stands in the trailer, wind in her hair. SUDDENLY the engine coughs. The tractor jolts to a halt. SANJAY What the hell— PRIYA Look at the ridge. At the crest, bushes part like water. A glistening brownish-black mass the size of a bus uncoils, dripping viscous fluid that makes the tea leaves shimmer and swell. The alien’s single obsidian eye reflects the sky. PRIYA (CONT'D) It’s breathing. The creature exhales a low, wet sigh. Leaves around it instantly darken then brighten, impossibly lush. Sanjay kills the engine. Silence except for distant birds.
