A reclusive Japanese painter discovers her canvases bleed into reality, forcing her to choose between erasing her greatest love or letting her visions consume Tokyo.
Synopsis
In neon-lit Tokyo, shy artist Yuna sketches strangers and watches her lines rewrite their fates. When a chance portrait of her lost childhood friend brings him back exactly as painted, her private gift spirals into public spectacle and personal nightmare. As her works multiply across the city, erasing memories and rewriting destinies, Yuna must confront whether her art is salvation or slow erasure of the world she loves. Haunted by blank canvases that demand more, she races to finish one final masterpiece before her own image vanishes from every frame. Allies and rivals emerge from her paintings, each demanding their own endings. The line between creator and creation dissolves in a rain-soaked finale where Yuna steps into her own canvas to decide who survives the last stroke.
The story
Yuna's quiet studio life shatters when her portrait of vanished friend Haru materializes at her door, memories intact; viral photos of her "living art" draw collectors and authorities.
Haru begins fading as new paintings overwrite reality; Yuna battles critics, a ruthless curator stealing her work, and her own growing power that threatens to erase her too.
Yuna enters her final canvas, confronts the blank void of her past, and chooses to release Haru back to his original life, sacrificing her gift to restore balance and her own fading existence.

INT. YUNA'S TINY SHIBUYA STUDIO - NIGHT Rain hammers the skylight. YUNA SATO, 28, paint-smeared hoodie, stares at a half-finished canvas of a smiling boy. She adds one final brushstroke to his eyes. The paint ripples. The boy on canvas blinks. Outside, a real figure in the alley mirrors the motion. Yuna drops the brush. YUNA (whisper) Haru? The figure turns. Same face. Same scar above the brow she just painted. He steps into the streetlight, confused, alive. Yuna's hand trembles as the canvas behind her begins to fade to white.
Why now
In an era of endless digital images and fractured attention, this story taps the raw hunger for art that matters, the terror of creation erasing its maker, and the universal ache to bring back what we've lost before the canvas goes blank.
